Public institution - it is a non-profit limited liability public entity, whose objective - to meet the public interest through education, training and scientific, cultural, health, environment, sports development, social or legal assistance, as well as other activities in the public interest.
A public institution has the right to engage in the laws does not prevent the economic-commercial activities, which are inextricably linked to its activities.
